The client sought to relocate due to the impending expiration of their current office lease. The project timeline presented a challenge, as the client required minimal disruption to operations, insisting that employees not be asked to work remotely. As a result, the development and construction phase was completed within a demanding three-month period.

Although the global design guidelines were highly detailed, the local team had specific requirements that were successfully incorporated while adhering to the established framework. The design concept aimed to create a warm, private workspace for employees while maintaining an inviting environment for client interactions, without a stark division between the two. The final result effectively merged the brand’s global characteristics with local influences, ensuring both functionality and a seamless brand experience.
