VIALTO is the world’s first tech-enabled, people-first company specializing in global mobility and cross-border compliance. The goal of this project was to create a high-quality workplace that reflected the brand’s identity while supporting both functionality and employee well-being.

At the time, the client lacked finalized global design guidelines. This required a tailored approach—understanding the client’s evolving needs and aligning the design accordingly. Working closely with a dedicated core team, we guided the project from concept to completion, ultimately delivering a space that influenced Vialto’s future design standards. Several of our key design elements were later adopted into their global guidelines.

A consistent planning strategy was applied to both locations: client-facing areas at the front to welcome visitors with warmth and energy, and private employee zones at the rear to ensure confidentiality and focus. The spatial design used vibrant colors and textures in public areas to leave a strong impression, while workspaces were kept calm and understated to enhance productivity.

Brand integration was subtle yet intentional—seen in acoustic treatments, accent walls, reception graphics, and the display of core values throughout the space—ensuring the environment felt cohesive, purpose-driven, and distinctly Vialto.
